Many years ago, between the years 1983 and 1984, a class of children were born to individual mothers in a number of towns in and around the city of London, England. These boys shared each others joys, sadness, playtime, bullying, teacher-picking-ons and simchas all the way from Auntie Hellen in kindergarten up until today where they find themselves in all four corners of the world. This new resource is an effort to maintain and enhance a
wonderful and unique bond that exists among them. |
This year Purim in England has a forecast of rain and a bit more rain, but it will still be a great purim. I don't know if you remember, but England is allegedly supposed to be the best place to be. Unfortunately due to missuse it has probably become less popular to the extent that the bochurim in Yeshiva are having to find themselves a place in europe to travel to other than staying here. There will still be all the open houses in Stamford Hill and in Golders Green where, if you are here, will find myself and the rest of what remains of the yunger chevra drinking and giving the poilisher and sefardishe familys who are not aware of the meaning of ad de'loy yoda a bit of a taste. Of course we will end up at Dayan Raskins house and at Bobby Vogels at the end of the nights, but until then it will be random house hopping.|
